    This personalized coaching session is designed for all levels, from beginners looking to feel more comfortable running to experienced athletes aiming to refine performance. With expert guidance, you’ll develop efficient technique, improve stamina, and gain the tools to train smarter.

    Perfect for:

    • Building endurance and stamina

    • Learning pacing and race strategy

    • Injury prevention and movement optimization

    Session Options:

    • 60 minutes (recommended starting point)

    • 90 minutes (for deeper analysis & extended training)

    Includes:

    • Individual coaching tailored to your level and goals

    • Real-time technique feedback and adjustments

    • Practical tips on pacing, training structure, and progression

    • Optional follow-up guidance

    Pricing:

    • 60 min: 1 person kr. 1250,- + kr. 775,- per extra person

    • 90 min: 1 person kr. 1850,- + kr. 775,- per extra person

    For a 90-minute session, choose the 60-minute option in the booking menu and add 30 minutes.

    Join our weekly group runs with our running coach! These sessions are a great way to meet new people as well as receive tips to improve your technique and stamina.

    Run Length: 90 min

    Skill Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced.

    This structured group program is designed for runners preparing for a half marathon between August and October. Whether you're stepping up in distance or refining your performance, you’ll have expert guidance, community support, and a clear plan every step of the way.

    • 15-week structured training plan

    • 1:1 personal fitness evaluation & injury prevention session (60 min)

    • Weekly outdoor group runs

    • Monthly 1:1 run analysis

    • Weekly training guides (workouts, cross-training, nutrition, gear & tips)

    • Ongoing support via email & text

    • Optional 1:1 coaching available before program start

    Price: kr. 13.900,- (for the full 15 weeks)
