  • Weekly outdoor group runs (or cross-training sessions when needed)

  • Monthly 1:1 run analysis

  • Weekly training guides (workouts, cross-training, nutrition, gear & tips)

  • Ongoing support via email & text

  • Optional 1:1 coaching available before program start
