  • Andrea Nahrgang Imbsen

    Spending most of her youth as a full-time athlete, Andrea raced and competed on the global stage affirming a passion that has followed her to this day. Her career as a biathlete (cross-country skiing and rifle marksmanship) peaked at the Salt Lake City Olympics in 2002. Before starting XP Coaching in 2021, Andrea worked as a cross ski instructor at Skiforeningen and volunteered at her local ski club IL Heming. In the summer, you will find Andrea leading Nordic Walking groups and training her individual athletes.

  • Jennifer Bilyk Makokha

    Jennifer is a rockstar ex-human resources executive from the San Francisco Bay Area who has moved with her family to Norway to fully experience a new culture and the adventures that come with it. With a background in business strategy, the full range of HR functionality, and change management, she is passionate about personal development and loves to cultivate possibilities for herself and others.

    She received training from the Co-active Training Institute and is working towards a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC) and holds a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP.)

  • Annett Brohmann

    An avid outdoorswoman, Annett joined the crew leading our snowshoe tours, winter & summer group hikes, as well as cross-country group lessons & tours. In the summer, Annett runs Oslo Kayak Tours, our preferred partner. She is a certified tour guide with the Norwegian Paddling Association and speaks four languages - German, English, Norwegian and Spanish.

  • Einar Marius Elvrum

    Einar Marius´ passion for skiing started at an early age and lives on skis during the winter - You will find him on all types of skis and snowshoes during the winter. In the non-snow months, you will see Einar Marius featured as a running instructor and hiking guide. He is also passionate about Wellbeing Coaching so watch for him in our upcoming yoga and meditation instruction.

  • Kitija Kaulina-Tentere

    Kitija's intense love for skating blossomed as a 4-year old in Riga, Latvia. With over 10 years of experience as an international competitor, professional commentator & ice skating coach, she has taught children, teenagers and adults as a personal instructor, during youth camps as well as in competitions.
